Dion has been fantastic to deal with from the very first phone call all the way through to signing up tenants and getting our place rented within 1 week of putting it up. We were after a more personalised service that you don't get with the big property companies who can treat you as just a number. We have not been disappointed with DASH with great communication the whole way through the rental process.
Dion uses a great online portal that I can login to whenever I want to see documents/inspection reports, bills and rental payments so I know exactly where cashflow is at and can reference all my documentation.
We would highly recommend Dion and DASH Real Estate and would encourage Property owners to try the "little guy" over the traditional big names. You won't be disappointed

We’ve been looking for a new rental property for almost 6 months now . That meant a number of applications with different real estate agents . Dion was by far the easiest to deal with and the most efficient. I didn’t have to chase him up for an update on our application for days after applying like I did with other agents .
